The first million tons of grain were harvested in Bashkortostan

The HEAD of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, reported on his page on social networks that grain growers of Bashkortostan have crossed an important millionth milestone - the gross grain harvest in the region exceeded 1.2 million tons.
The head of the region noted that more than a third of all areas with grain and leguminous crops in the republic have been threshed. Harvesting of winter crops is already being completed. The leaders are the farms of the Sterlitamak and Aurgazinsky districts; they collected more than 80 thousand tons of grain.
“Despite the difficult weather conditions this year, frosts in the spring and drought in early summer, we are counting on a good harvest. The high competence of our farmers, technical and technological equipment allows us to say now that the republic will not be left without bread,” wrote Radiy Khabirov and wished everyone good luck.
