In 2023, farmers of the Ivanovo region purchased 339 units of machinery and technological equipment, which is 30% more than the results of 2022. Including, 61 new tractors, 12 grain harvesters and 4 forage harvesters, and 262 units of other agricultural machinery appeared in agricultural enterprises.
As Denis Cherkesov, a member of the government of the Ivanovo region and director of the regional department of agriculture and food, noted, technical modernization is a key factor in the successful development of the agro-industrial complex. “To support Ivanovo farmers, there is a regional support measure - a subsidy to compensate 70% of the down payment for the purchase of leased equipment. In 2023, the amount of subsidies in this area amounted to 105.5 million rubles,” said Denis Cherkesov.
In addition, the active modernization of agriculture in the Ivanovo region is facilitated by preferential leasing, which is implemented by Rosagroleasing JSC. This year, the company has supplied 105 units of machinery and equipment to Ivanovo farmers – almost twice as much as in 2022. The total amount of supplies also doubled to 480.7 million rubles.
