Elena Tyukina, the owner of the brewery, decided to produce cider a few years ago, started looking for information on the Russian-language Internet and then got on our channel and portal, and where else!
Elena gave us a tour of the family brewery, we talked about how natural beer is made, found out how long it takes to brew it.
And if when brewing beer, the equipment can be wrapped ten times a year, then if you make cider, then the same equipment will be occupied for at least a year!
