According to the results of 11 months of 2021, MEAT production increased in the Ivanovo region and cheese production doubled. This was announced at a meeting with the heads of processing enterprises, the venue of which was the Cheese Museum opened in Ivanovo last December.
“According to recent data, for 11 months, we have doubled the production of cheese in the Ivanovo region. Although, I remember when we did the first "Days of Cheese", the residents came up to me and asked: what, do we make cheese in the region? it was even a little insulting that people do not know. But now many people already know, you are great, and thank you very much for your work,” said Stanislav Voskresensky.
He also thanked all the workers of the agro-industrial complex of the region.
“I thank everyone who works in agriculture, and I thank the processors for such a very selfless, productive work. Our residents appreciate it. I know that you take part in many events, and our residents and residents of other regions purchase your products with pleasure. I hope this continues to be the case,” the governor added.
Stanislav Voskresensky suggested that the heads of processing enterprises sum up the results of work in 2021 and identify problematic issues that require support.
Nikolai Kulikov, DIRECTOR of the Puchezhsky CHEESE FACTORY, spoke about the participation of the cheese factory in the fair at the Russian Christmas festival. According to him, this year the volume of sold cheese and butter has increased significantly. He thanked for the opportunity to participate in such events, which bring tangible economic benefits to processors.
Dmitry Usachev, director of the Natural Products Plant, noted that the company has seriously increased the volume of production: over the past three years it has tripled, including increased EXPORT supplies. “The development of food exports is a good and promising direction for Russian processors,” Dmitry Usachev is sure. To do this, you must regularly participate in exhibitions.
The HEAD of the "Combine of Natural Products" asked whether support for the organization of exhibition and fair activities would be continued. A similar request was made by the director of the Riga Bread enterprise from Rodniki, Sergey Sirenko. Stanislav Voskresensky instructed the economic bloc of the regional government, the Department of Agriculture and Food to work out this issue, including with the Russian Export Center.
In 2021, the Ankovskoye enterprise also showed positive dynamics, including the doubled production of cheese for export, Irina Gryaznova, head of the company, said at a meeting between the governor and processors. If in 2020 Ankivske exported 250 tons of cheese, then in 2021 it will already be 550 tons. Products are delivered to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan. However, this year the political situation has affected, and deliveries to Kazakhstan are not yet carried out, the director general noted.
Anatoly Komarov, the director of the baking enterprise "S pylou s zhuru" from the Puchezhsky district, thanked for the support of bread producers in 2021. This, according to him, helped both manufacturers and the end consumer. Recall that in 2021, by decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, in order to curb the rise in prices for bakery products, subsidies were provided to enterprises of the baking industry to reimburse part of the costs of selling bread and bakery products produced and sold. The total amount of funds allocated for these purposes in the region amounted to 31.6 million rubles, 12 enterprises received support. This allowed enterprises specializing in the production of bread and bakery products to contain the rise in prices for socially important goods in the face of a significant increase in prices for components for production.
Anatoly Komarov asked if this support measure would be continued. Stanislav Voskresensky promised to clarify the information in the relevant ministry.
At the end of 2021, the production of confectionery products was resumed at the production facilities of the former Krasnaya Zarya factory in Ivanovo, where Konti-Rus now operates. New equipment of German, Dutch, Swiss production has been installed, which will allow to produce up to 20 thousand tons of sweet products per year.
“The first 20 tons were shipped to consumers last week,” said Pavel Afanasiev, head of a separate division of Konti-Rus JSC in the city of Ivanovo.
The volume of investments amounted to 570 million rubles, the enterprise should reach its full capacity by the end of 2022. Stanislav Voskresensky inquired about the creation of new jobs and the level of wages. As Pavel Afanasiev clarified, basically, personnel are trained directly at the production site, 50 people are working now, and at least 200 more people will be hired by the end of the year. The salary, according to him, is above the average for the region. The head of the confectionery factory invited the head of the region to visit the production.
We add, according to the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Ivanovo Region, for 11 months of 2021, the region produced food products worth almost 15.1 billion rubles in current prices, which is 5.6% more than for the same period in 2020.
