The bill on visiting public places in Russia using a QR code has again been sent to the regions for discussion, a month is allotted for this, Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said on his Telegram channel.

He explained that during the discussion of the draft "a lot of questions were raised," it is necessary to find solutions to them by the second reading.

“The bill was resubmitted for a month for discussion to the regions, the Federation Council, the government of the Russian Federation,” Volodin wrote.

On Thursday, December 16, the draft was considered in the first reading. 329 deputies voted for him at the plenary session of the State Duma, 87 voted against, one abstained.
