The Rostov region has become the 23rd Russian region where mandatory vaccination against CORONAVIRUS has been introduced for certain categories of citizens. The corresponding decree is posted on the website of the regional Rospotrebnadzor.

Thus, according to the document, at least 60% of employees in healthcare, education, trade, public catering and transport, students over 18 years of age, as well as officials, civil servants, etc. are subject to mandatory vaccination. An exception is made for those who have medical contraindications.

According to the agency, until July 6, organizations must provide lists of employees to medical institutions at the location. Until July 29, it is necessary to organize “prophylactic vaccinations with the first component or a single-component vaccine”, and by August 29 - with the second component.

Rospotrebnadzor clarified that as of July 1, about 100 thousand patients with covid-19 were registered in the region . At the same time, over the past few weeks, the incidence has increased by 19.9%, hospitals for patients with coronavirus are 78.6% full.
