Russian citizens who have had covid-19 without symptoms will be able to receive a QR code if they have a confirmed diagnosis. This was announced on November 15 to Interfax by Dmitry Khubezov, chairman of the State Duma committee on HEALTH protection.
According to him, in this way, the inhabitants of RUSSIA will not be limited in connection with the norms of the relevant bills. “Asymptomatic patients who have a confirmed diagnosis have no problems - they will also receive a QR code, and asymptomatic patients who do not have PCR+, respectively, will not receive QR codes,” he said.

Khubezov also added that in the initiatives to introduce QR codes for access to public places and transport, there is no talk yet about the number of antibodies that can become the basis for obtaining QR codes. “So far, this has not been discussed. At least, they have already come to the conclusion that there should be a single test system for detecting antibodies, and not just anyone," the HEAD of the committee said.
