Students of leading Russian universities would like to work at Yandex, Google, Apple and Gazprom, according to a survey by FutureToday.The average expected salary for young professionals and the importance of remote work increased over the year

Yandex, Google, Apple, Gazprom and Sberbank are the best employers in the eyes of Russian university students. The survey was conducted by FutureToday, a company hiring young specialists, RBC has its results.

The rating leader "Yandex" attracts 29.5% of survey participants, Google - 26.7%. Apple is considered a dream job by 20% of respondents. Gazprom and Sberbank gained 14.5% and 10.2% respectively.

Compared to last year, the top five most attractive employers have not changed, then it also included Yandex, Google, Apple, Gazprom and Sberbank.

However, this year the popularity of Tinkoff Bank has grown significantly: it now ranks sixth in the rating with 8.9%, behind Sberbank (10.2%). For comparison, five years ago, Tinkoff was only 42nd in the rating. FutureToday experts believe that next year Tinkoff may oust one of the current leaders.

The top 10 also includes BMW (7.7%), VK (formerly Mail.ru Group, 7.2%) Gazprom Neft (6.9%) and Microsoft. (6.5%).
