In Russia, the demand for anti-covid drugs increased by 51%

Demand for a number of medicines, which are mentioned in the recommendations of the Ministry of HEALTH for the prevention and treatment of covid-19 , has grown in Russia by more than 51% compared to the same period in September, follows from the data of the Chestny Znak labeling system. At the same time, some drugs are recommended to be dosed in a certain way depending on the patient's condition, and some of the mentioned drugs have a mark about the lack of evidence of efficacy and safety of use in COVID-19.

Demand increased the most for sarilumab (by 198%) and remdesivir (by 157%), which the Ministry of Health recommends for use in pathological changes in the lungs. Demand for antibiotics, antiviral and antipyretic drugs and anticoagulants also increased.

Preferential loans for dentists and beauty salons

The government will expand the list of industries that can qualify for credit support under the anti-crisis program launched in March 2021 for businesses affected by the pandemic, Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov said.
