It will also be possible to attend events for people with a certificate of medical exemption from vaccination (issued by the medical commission), provided that they also present a negative PCR test, made no later than one day before the event.

Theater administrations separately note that medical certificates that do not contain QR codes are not grounds for admitting a viewer to the theater. Some establishments may also require a photo ID. These restrictions do not apply to children under 18 years of age.

at the Comedy Theatre. N.P. Akimova warned their audience that a QR code does not exempt them from wearing a mask on the territory of the theater and separately noted that QR codes will also be required for performances announced after the end of non-working days, that is, after November 8. In its address to the audience, the theater administration explained: “For the theater, a QR code is an opportunity to continue to delight you with performances and new projects, minimizing health risks. The Comedy Theater received a QR code at the beginning of this season. And this means that our employees have been vaccinated or have been ill with the presence of antibodies.”
