In the Perm Territory, the regime of non-working days began earlier than in the whole country as a whole. Not only our region had to take this step. The decision to start non-working days earlier than October 30 was made by the heads of the Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod, Samara and Kursk regions.

RBC Perm spoke with colleagues from other regions about the spread of CORONAVIRUS in their territories, as well as how the authorities support the affected business areas.

According to Angelina Yakhontova, a correspondent for the TV program department of the Seim TV channel from the city of Kursk, the situation with coronavirus in the Kursk region is not much different from the situation in the Kama region. She also called it "critical" and said that regional hospitals were running out of beds. Of the restrictions in the Kursk region, as well as in the Kama region, there is a system of QR codes, but the restrictions in the field of public catering are more stringent: establishments work only for take-out and delivery.

Unlike the authorities of the Perm region, which decided not to support businesses from the affected industries, the leadership of the Kursk region, in addition to federal support, provides a 30% tax cut for passenger transportation, and the authorities also promised relief for tenants.

Earlier, RBC Perm reported that the regional authorities would not support business during non-working days. This statement was made by Deputy HEAD of Administration of the Governor of the Perm Territory Maria Gevorgyan at a briefing on the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection.

“There will be no support measures from the regional authorities for business during non-working days, since their activities are not prohibited, but only restrictions are introduced. Regional business support measures will be provided only for enterprises in those areas that will be completely closed. There are no such spheres at the moment,” Gevorgyan explained.

Evgenia Orlova, editor-in-chief of RBC Nizhny Novgorod, notes that in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the anti-records for morbidity are updated every day for almost two weeks, and mortality is also growing. About 9 thousand beds for patients with coronavirus have been deployed in the region. According to her, another reason why the authorities of the region decided to introduce the regime of non-working days earlier is the insufficient rate of vaccination and non-compliance with the mask regime.

As for the restrictions in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the editor-in-chief of RBC Nizhny Novgorod noted that shopping centers are closed from today, only grocery stores and pharmacies are open. Only catering establishments located at airports, train stations and enterprises are open. The rest are closed, even take-out does not work. Vacations have begun in schools, and duty groups are working in kindergartens.

Business support in the Nizhny Novgorod region is also limited by the federal program. The authorities of the region say that there will be support for businesses, especially small ones, as large enterprises will work and do not plan to close. For such companies, there will be support measures in the amount of 1 minimum wage for each employee.

Earlier, RBC Perm reported that in the Perm Territory, non-working days will begin on October 25 and end on November 7. Employers are required to determine the number of employees in which organizations will not interrupt their work. The decree will be published today. This became known at a briefing on current issues on covid-19 .

According to information from the draft decree of the governor, additional restrictions are being introduced for this period for citizens who have not been vaccinated against coronavirus or who have not had a QR code about the disease in the past six months. The draft decree states that such residents must switch to self-isolation at their place of residence or stay. Exceptions for leaving the house are emergency medical care, a coronavirus vaccination point, the nearest store, or garbage disposal. At the same time, from October 30 to November 7, a complete declaration of self-isolation for unvaccinated citizens is possible.
