About 2,000 believers took part in an uncoordinated religious procession in Yekaterinburg on the evening of July 16. This was announced in his Telegram channel by Metropolitan of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Eugene (Kulberg).

“In total, there were about two thousand people on foot pilgrims this year. I saw that the majority tried to comply with sanitary regulations,” he wrote.

He also expressed the hope that COVID-19 will soon recede and people will again be able to freely enjoy communicating with each other.
