The Ministry of Health has registered the EpiVacCorona-N coronavirus vaccine, this is the fifth anti-infection drug developed in Russia, follows from the register of medicines.

It was developed by the Vector Center. This vaccine has no significant differences from the standard EpiVacCorona, they differ only in the technological features of production, said the head of the center, Rinat Maksyutov. Maksyutov explained that the development of a new version of the vaccine is needed to enter large-scale production. "EpiVacCorona-N" was also developed using peptide antigens, the form of the drug is a suspension for intramuscular injection, the volume of one dose is 0.5 ml.
