378 more Nizhny Novgorod residents infected with coronavirus

In the Nizhny Novgorod region, 378 cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed per day, the regional Ministry of Health reported. The total number of residents of the region who were diagnosed with COVID-19 during the pandemic amounted to 125.221 thousand people.

According to the latest data, more than 116.56 thousand residents of the region recovered, 4.24 thousand patients died, including 25 people over the past day. More than 4.41 thousand Nizhny Novgorod residents are currently on treatment.

In total, more than 5.53 million cases were detected in Russia, 23.54 thousand new cases were confirmed per day. To date, more than 5 million people have recovered, 135.88 thousand patients have died.
