The ban on flights to the airports of Krasnodar, Anapa and Gelendzhik will remain until 03:45 on April 25. This is stated on the website of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

The agency extended the temporary restriction on flights to 11 Russian airports. The measure also applies to the airports of Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista.

Sochi Airport will continue to operate normally as a temporary hub. In addition, the transportation of passengers will continue to be carried out along alternative routes, through the nearest operating airports - Stavropol and Mineralnye Vody.

As RBC Krasnodar reported, the Federal Air Transport Agency imposed restrictions on the operation of a number of airports in southern RUSSIA on the morning of February 24 due to a special operation in Ukraine. At first they were valid until 3:45 on March 2, later they were repeatedly extended. The last time the restriction was extended until April 19.
