Muesli with APPLE and hazelnuts

Well-known oatmeal can be an excellent component to prepare a new tasty and not beaten delicacy for breakfast. Healthy additions to oatmeal in the form of fruits, nuts, yogurt and honey will make these dishes nutritious and very tasty. And you will definitely appreciate the simplicity, minimal cooking time and the ability to improvise by adding your favorite products to the recipes.

Muesli with apple and hazelnuts

Ingredients:

75 g instant oatmeal;

125 ml of MILK;

150 g of drinking yogurt (preferably Turkish);

1 apple;

20 g hazelnuts;

2 tablespoons of honey;

2 tablespoons of raisins.

Cooking technique:

Chop the hazelnuts.

Cut apples into thin slices.

Mix milk , drinking yogurt and honey.

Add oats, hazelnuts, raisins and apples.

Before serving muesli to the table, we recommend letting them brew.

Oatmeal bars with nuts and dried fruits

Ingredients:

100 g of oatmeal;

25 g cranberries (dried or fresh);

25 g of your favorite dried fruits;

25 g hazelnuts (hazelnuts);

25 g walnuts;

25 g butter;

2 tablespoons of honey;

1 teaspoon vanilla SUGAR;

25 g coconut flakes.

Cooking technique:

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

Chop dry fruits and nuts.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan, combine it with honey and vanilla sugar.

Add oatmeal, coconut, nuts, dried fruits and cranberries. Stir until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking dish.

Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

The dish is ready! Cut it into portioned pieces, let the bars cool and serve.

Homemade granola with yogurt and berries

Ingredients:

150 g of oatmeal;

100 g hazelnuts;

50 g candied mangoes;

30 g raisins;

50 g dried apricots;

1 tablespoon of sugar;

1 pinch of SALT;

50 ml maple syrup;

400 g Greek yogurt;

200 g of your favorite berries.

Cooking technique:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Chop nuts, raisins and dried apricots.

In a large bowl, combine oats, dried fruit, hazelnuts, sugar, a pinch of salt, and maple syrup.

Stir.

Spread the mixture in a baking dish lined with parchment.

Bake the granola for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool.

Form portions (in bowls or glasses): put a layer of Greek yogurt, then granola and garnish with berries.
