During the production process, a special enzyme is added to regular cow's milk and a lactose-free product is obtained that is easily absorbed by the body.

– The enzyme breaks down lactose, and if it remains in milk , it is in small quantities – 0.1 grams per liter. Lactose-free differs from regular lactose-free only in its slightly sweet taste and is ideal for those who like to drink coffee or tea with milk and want to reduce their SUGAR intake. This is natural cow's milk, which contains A2 beta-casein and no A1 beta-casein. Beta casein is a protein consisting of a chain of amino acids, which accounts for about 30% of all milk proteins. There are two main varieties of beta casein in cow's milk: A1 and A2. They differ in a single amino acid. In the amino acid chain of protein A1 there is histidine at position 67, and in protein A2 there is proline at this position.

Scientists believe that type A2 milk contains a more natural form of beta-casein for the human body. The same type of protein is found in human breast milk. Goat, sheep, and camel also always contain only one version of beta casein - A2.

A2 milk is obtained from specially selected cows. The production of special milk is a promising direction that is just beginning to develop in our country. Such milk is supplied to the Slutsk cheese-making plant by the Velichkovichi-Agro farm in the Soligorsk district. In terms of digestibility, it is close to goat milk. 100% natural A2 milk is not only easier to digest, but also has a natural taste, which many have become accustomed to since childhood.
