
November 5, MINSK. The Mogilev branch of the BelCCI and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Sughd region of Tajikistan signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed during a business meeting of representatives of business circles of the Mogilev and Sughd regions, BelTA informs with reference to the website of the Mogilev branch of the BelCCI.
The meeting took place within the framework of the visit of the delegation of the Sughd region to Belarus, headed by the chairman of the region, Rajabboy Ahmadzoda. From the Tajik side, the heads of seven leading companies in the region and the general DIRECTOR of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Sughd region, Mukhammadzhon Mukhamedzhonov, took part. The Belarusian side was represented by Mogilev enterprises of light and woodworking industries, mechanical engineering, MILK and MEAT processing, and production of confectionery and bakery products. "The participants in the talks expressed their interest in establishing contacts in the trade of finished products and raw materials, as well as exploring options for implementing joint projects," the chamber noted.
Also, OAO Mogilev Plant Strommashina and ZAO Nord Asia Metal agreed to sign an agreement of intent on the implementation of a project for the manufacture and supply of technological equipment for the production of asbestos-cement sheets.
