Some dairies refuse to dry milk

In the world market, powdered milk continues to rise in price. Prices for dried milk of Ukrainian production are also growing, but they are still far from world prices. – PioneerProduct

There is only one main reason - Belarus is still ready to sell goods cheaply. Traders do not give more than 2900 usd/t for Ukrainian skimmed milk powder (SOM). And the cost of production is already often more than 3300 USD / t due to the high cost of raw materials and especially gas.

Due to the high cost and disproportionately low price, many factories are already refusing to dry milk.

In general, almost 24 thousand tons of SMP were produced in the country over the three quarters, which is 21% less than last year.
