Belarus: Rogachev MWC joins two dairies

JSC "Rogachevsky MILK Canning Plant" is strengthening. According to the information posted on the Unified Portal of the Financial Market, the company will join two JSCs specializing in milk processing.

OJSC Rogachevsky ICC will include OJSC Oktyabrsky Skimmed Milk Powder Plant and UE Kalinkovichi Dairy Plant. Previously, it was known only about the accession of the October plant.

All three enterprises are controlled by the state.

OAO Oktyabrsky Zavod SOM last year received a revenue of 27.6 million rubles. His net profit amounted to 126 thousand rubles. At the end of the year, the company's debt on long-term loans and borrowings amounted to 19.7 million rubles.

The proceeds of JSC Rogachevskiy MKK last year amounted to almost 378.9 million rubles. He showed a net profit of 6.95 million rubles. The company's debts on loans and borrowings at the end of 2020 amounted to 41.37 million rubles.
