Aginsky Meat Processing Plant plans to restore the production of canned meat in 2022. They have already repaired a special room, purchased and supplied equipment, and installed equipment. And a trial batch of products was produced on the meat preservation line. About the possibilities of the meat-packing plant in the story of Adiso Batoeva.

Meat-packing plant "Aginsky" in its best years was the leader of the processing industry of the Aginsky district, producing semi-finished products and national dishes, canned goods. But in recent years, production here has stopped until a new investor appears. Today, the Aginsky Meat Processing Plant has all the necessary infrastructure: electricity, water supply and sewerage. New equipment installed. And production began again.

Baira Sadaeva, preservation technologist at the Aginsky Meat Processing Plant:  “Today, we are producing 1,950 cans of canned stewed beef. labor, also produce much more products.

When reaching full capacity, the enterprise will be able to produce up to 40 thousand cans of stew every month thanks to new equipment, including: an autoclave, a capping machine, a meat mixer and more. It cost 2.5 million rubles. In the meantime, the work is going, as they say, in full swing.

Standup Adiso Batoeva:  "Cans go through a steam generator, the necessary spices are put into each of them. At the same time, minced meat is prepared. Beef meat is passed through a meat grinder, and then it goes through a meat mixer. After that, the finished minced meat is packed and, at the end, the seaming process."

With the launch of the Aginsky Meat Processing Plant, additional jobs appeared. Today, 13 people work at the meat processing plant: packers, minced meat preparer, autoclave and others. Everyone is responsible for their work. The youngest of them is Ivan Matygulin. He says that the work, although not difficult, requires care and responsibility.

Ivan Matygulin, an employee of the Aginsky Meat Processing Plant:  "The device is called a machine for twisting cans. They give me cans, it turns out, of an open sample. My job is to twist and compile. For me, the work is not difficult, normal."

Soon the Aginsk Meat Processing Plant will reach its full capacity, for this they intend to expand the staff. Representatives of the meat processing plant are confident that canned food will appear on the shelves of stores not only in the district and the region, but also in neighboring regions.
