In the Nizhny Novgorod region, with the help of FSIS "Mercury", more than 80 violations of the indication of incorrect purposes of the certificate have been established since the beginning of the year

Since the beginning of the year, the monitoring group of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Mari El, in the course of analyzing violations established by the artificial intelligence of FSIS VetIS, confirmed 84 such violations.

According to p.p. 5.4.26 of Rosselkhoznadzor Order No. 53 dated January 30, 2018 "On Approval of Guidelines for Ensuring the Functioning of the Federal State Information System in the Field of Veterinary Medicine", when entering data into the EVSD about products, it is necessary to indicate the purpose of its direction / use.

For example. At the enterprise IP Kamaletdinov Kh.Kh. the veterinarian of the Pilninsky district issued an EVSD for chilled beef in quarters for the purpose of “processing into animal feed”. These products were processed and sent to the address of the municipal educational institution Krasnogorsk secondary school, which, according to the Federal Tax Service, does not have a type of activity for the processing of regulated products. Therefore, the indication in the EVSD of the goal “processing into animal feed” is the introduction of deliberately false data into the system. Also, at the Kolos LLC enterprise, the veterinarian of the Krasnooktyabrsky district issued an eVSD for fodder wheat with the aim of "forage for ornamental rodents and birds." The products were discharged to the site of Agrofirma Seimovskaya Poultry Farm JSC. According to the data of the Cerberus system, the type of activity of this enterprise is “slaughter of animals”. Based on this, the goal that is indicated in the EVSD is not correct. Based on these examples, it follows that the goal should correspond to the type of activity carried out by the economic entity of the recipient.

Taking into account the nature of the revealed violations, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration sent a warning for each fact through the FSIS “VetIS. Passport” on the need to take measures to eliminate such violations.

Thus, the Department of Rosselkhoznadzor has taken measures to encourage conscientious compliance with mandatory requirements through preventive measures.
