The specified vehicle, accompanied by police officers, was delivered to the Krasny Kamen PPU in the Zlynkovsky district and provided to employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Bryansk, Smolensk and Kaluga regions for veterinary control.

During further verification activities, the veterinary inspectors of the Office found that the animals were transported in a vehicle that was not properly equipped for transporting animals, and there were no accompanying veterinary documents confirming their origin, the epizootic well-being of the area and the clinical health of the animals themselves.

According to the owner's explanation, the rams were purchased in the Republic of Belarus for further fattening.

In accordance with the requirements of the current veterinary legislation, the animals were returned to the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The guilty person was brought to administrative responsibility by the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor.

In this regard, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Bryansk, Smolensk and Kaluga regions reminds the heads of agricultural enterprises, animal owners and veterinary specialists that the uncontrolled movement of farm animals and poultry without veterinary accompanying documents, including from the territory of other states, can contribute to the introduction and spread of dangerous infectious diseases and the deterioration of the epizootic situation both in a particular region of the country and in the territory of the Russian Federation as a whole.
