The Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the city of Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions invalidated 44 declarations for veterinary products

The grounds for making decisions were:

- the absence in the declaration of a complete list of ongoing research (Mit-Market LLC, City-Food LLC, etc.);

- violation of the requirements of the technical regulation "On Food Safety" (Ozeretsk Dairy Plant , LLC "Slivochnaya Strana", LLC KMZ "Rostmolprom", etc.);

- release into circulation of products accompanied by a declaration of conformity issued on the basis of a test report conducted by a testing laboratory that is not accredited in the national accreditation system (LLC Rusmolprodukt, IE Papiryansky I.N., LLC Daks, etc.);

- production of products by a phantom enterprise (Samcity LLC).

Organizations that violated the requirements of the current legislation were issued warnings about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements.

Since the beginning of 2023, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration has made decisions to invalidate 318 declarations for products of animal origin.
