At the end of 2022, the profit of the Reftinskaya poultry farm amounted to about 50 million rubles, the company managed to achieve such indicators for the first time in 5 years, Irina Makarova, managing DIRECTOR of the Ural Agro-Industrial Group, said.

"The Reftinskaya poultry farm has been a loss-making enterprise for a long time, accumulating impressive debts. A year of hard work on the management system and production costs, adjustment of commercial and administrative expenses, investor support brought their first results - the poultry farm went into a plus," said Irina Makarova.

According to Irina Makarova, the gross profit of the poultry farm in 2022 amounted to 596.3 million rubles. During the year, the company managed to reduce commercial, administrative and other expenses by 80.7 million rubles. The factory also reduced the level of overdue accounts payable by 300 million rubles.

According to the National Union of Poultry Breeders, the Reftinskaya poultry farm has entered the top 25 broiler MEAT producers in RUSSIA. Last year, the enterprise produced 44.1 thousand tons of chicken meat.

"The task is to increase the gross production at the Reftinskaya poultry farm from year to year, that is, the number of products (in thousands of tons). However, if earlier at the poultry farm the increase in this indicator was achieved by increasing the bird stocking density, then we decided to abandon this vicious practice" ,

With a tight fit, the bird was cramped and uncomfortable. She became weaker and smaller, while drinking water and food as much as a large one. At the poultry farm, they decided to change the conditions in order to increase the weight and safety of the birds: they equipped spacious poultry houses, created a comfortable microclimate, provided high-quality, fortified food, and carried out vaccinations.

"In 2023, about 500 million rubles will be allocated for the modernization of the Reftinskaya poultry farm. We plan to carry out the technical re-equipment of already functioning poultry houses, as well as commission a new broiler site: it will consist of 7 poultry houses, 3 of which we have already opened in January. In addition, we plan to upgrade the pumping station and electrical facilities," the managing director summed up "
