Rosselkhoznadzor has developed an automated module for monitoring the availability of raw materials when processing production transactions in the Mercury information system. The system will distinguish when raw materials were not actually used to manufacture products and when information on their traceability is not required.
The implementation of automated control is planned in two stages.
The first to notice the innovation will be those who use the Mercury web interface. When attempting to complete a production transaction without specifying raw materials, the manufacturer will receive a warning from the system that this cannot be done. However, the user will still be able to confirm their action and complete the transaction without specifying raw materials. Users of the application will not notice any changes at the first stage.
The second stage will begin on August 20 of this year. From that moment on, both users of the application and those working with the Mercury web interface will no longer be able to complete a production transaction unless they specify the raw materials. When attempting to do so, the program will display an error message and prompt you to specify the raw materials used.
You can start processing the transaction "work in progress" without raw materials. But before completing the production, you will still have to specify the raw materials, otherwise the program will also return an error when closing the transaction.
To avoid incorrect triggering of automatic control, Rosselkhoznadzor recommends that Mercury users refine the nomenclature lines of product reference books. Examples of correct completion of nomenclature lines are available on the agency's website.
