A slaughterhouse for the primary processing of cattle meat was launched in the village of Udmurtia

At the opening, they emphasized that the significance of this new agricultural facility is very high for the socio-economic development of the entire region. Vavozhsky is the undisputed leader of the agro-industrial complex of Udmurtia, but local agricultural enterprises have so far been forced to turn to third-party slaughterhouses. The workshop opened in the district center is aimed primarily at servicing them; both peasant farms and private household plots that raise animals for sale can also use its services. A plus for the residents themselves, because these are high-quality, fresh food products made from proven local agricultural raw materials. The workshop is designed for the daily reception of animals for slaughter up to 10 goals.  

And also new types of products from a manufacturer that has long established itself in the countryside - as Zakir Dzhumaev noted, the raw materials obtained here will be directed to the production of hard-smoked sausages of delicacy beef varieties. The range of sausages and semi-finished MEAT products produced today by IP already includes up to 70 items - this sausage production began with rented premises of an abandoned workshop in 2003. In 2018, Zakir Dzhumaev opened in the village. Vavozh is a bakery shop where 7 types of bread and 65 types of various pastries, confectionery, etc. are sold hot.

The rural entrepreneur is already hatching new, grandiose plans for further development - to open a new sausage shop, more modern, highly productive and technically equipped. As well as a greenhouse production for growing greenhouse vegetables and a CHEESE FACTORY for the production of soft cheeses. For a unique recipe, Vavozh producers want to go to Italian Turin, and to obtain MILK raw materials of the appropriate quality, they want to establish cooperation with farms, and special feed rations will be developed for cows. Zakir Taraevich is a veterinarian in the past. Moreover, all these bold plans are expected to be implemented by the end of 2021, the required investment is more than 20 million rubles. The business plan is almost calculated and ready for implementation.

Each new open production is not only a new point in the economy, but also the development of the countryside and the agricultural sector of the republic as a whole,” commented Olga Abramova, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the UR.
