In the first quarter of 2023, the demand for MEAT and meat products produced according to halal standards ( beef , lamb , chicken, frozen semi-finished meat products, meat gastronomy) increased. Sales of meat gastronomy grew at a faster pace (+30.5%). More than 200 SKUs are represented in this category in Magnit stores - these are sausages , sausages, sausages, etc.

Halal products (produced according to special standards and not containing certain components) are presented in Magnit stores in such categories as meat and poultry, semi-finished products, meat delicacies, conservation, dairy products, bakery products and FLOUR confectionery products, cookery , etc.
Magnit cooperates with more than 50 suppliers of such products, most of them are local manufacturers. Halal products are presented in 15,000 Magnit convenience stores, supermarkets and superstores in all seven regions where the retail network operates in the Russian Federation. The leaders in terms of sales are regions with a significant proportion of the population professing Islam: Tatarstan , Dagestan, Bashkortostan, Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachay-Cherkessia.
