The farmer did not choose the sphere of egg poultry farming by chance. He studied this area for a long time and came to the conclusion that it is profitable. In addition, his farm, which is actively engaged in crop production, has its own grain for the production of feed.

The Voskhod-ST enterprise was created in 2008, and in 2009 the farmer leased the first 350 hectares of land. Today the area of ​​land is 6.5 thousand hectares.

- Of course, there are still many plans to expand production. Next year, we want to build another building for 75 thousand heads, a new manure storage facility, a sanitary checkpoint. Launch sunflower processing. In four buildings, we installed modern cage equipment with a microclimate, fully automated. We purchased a Japanese-made sorting machine. Of course, all the purchased equipment was subsidized, as part of the regional program for modernizing the technical park of the agro-industrial complex, - says Ruslan Bakirov.

The advantage of the Gafuri egg , according to the farmer, is a carefully balanced diet based on its own raw materials, and for additional protein and vitamins, special additives are purchased from the Bogdanovich feed mill, known for its high-quality and natural products. The Gafuri egg can even be considered dietary, since it is suitable for consumption by allergy sufferers.

– In general, egg production is not as profitable as, say, plant growing. For example, from May to October we usually work at a loss, due to the low price , then the situation normalizes. Even despite the price increase, eggs remain an affordable source of quality protein compared to meat, and there will always be demand for them, – the entrepreneur concluded.
