According to grill master Alexander ONE MAN from the "BARBEK PATS" team, the secret to delicious barbecue lies in the right selection of ingredients and slow-roasting techniques. The fair also offered the opportunity to purchase fresh , vacuum-packed MEAT , which was a pleasant surprise for guests. The ground meat, spare ribs, shoulder, neck, and chop were particularly popular. "This isn't our first time here; the meat is always high-quality and juicy," one of the fair's guests shared.
