There is evidence that a large agro-industrial holding has established another subsidiary. The new enterprise will be engaged in the production of gelatin and animal feed.

Agro-industrial holding " Miratorg " has registered a new subsidiary "Miratorg-Gelatin". An enterprise with a telling name will be engaged in the production of gelatin. Also, in the types of activity, the production of animal fats, products from the MEAT of slaughtered animals and poultry meat, ready-made feed for animals kept on farms is registered. In addition, there is permission for the mysterious production of chemical products that are not included in other groups.

The company was registered on March 2 of the current year. The production itself will be located in the Fatezhsky district of the Kursk region. Marina Bershakova is listed as the General DIRECTOR.

Recall that in February 2021, a criminal case was opened against Miratorg-Belgorod. The company is accused of destroying and damaging forest plantations on a large scale. If the guilt is proven, the organization faces a fine of 1 to 3 million rubles, and the person responsible can be imprisoned for up to ten years.

Miratorg LLC is registered in Moscow, with a parent company in the Virgin Islands. The authorized capital as of July 2009 was 1.7 billion rubles. At the same time, the company belongs to small enterprises, it employs only 14 people. In 2019, sales revenue amounted to 277 million rubles, while net profit for the same period exceeded 21.6 billion rubles. The company has net assets in the amount of 78.4 billion rubles.
