One of the key steps toward increasing production volumes was expanding the chicken flock. A new building was constructed at the farm, allowing for more hens and ensuring a stable egg flow throughout the year. Managing DIRECTOR Yuriy Vunder noted that these changes are necessary to meet growing demand both in the region and beyond.
Feeding also plays a crucial role in the production process. Last year, the factory launched a feed mill that produces poultry feed independently, allowing it to control its quality and adapt it to the age and physical characteristics of the hens. Automating this process significantly speeds up work and reduces raw material costs.
The factory also participates in the national "Labor Productivity" project, which has enabled employees to reduce their workday by three hours. Modern management methods and a thorough analysis of all operations have enabled process optimization and improved logistics.
The introduction of artificial intelligence technology for product quality control was another important innovation at the factory. The AI system monitors parameters such as egg size and quality, as well as the HEALTH of the birds, which will improve the quality of the final product and reduce the risk of disease among the hens.
Taking all these innovations into account, the Irbit Poultry Farm looks to the future with confidence. Plans to increase egg production by 15 million by 2025 appear entirely realistic thanks to modern technology and effective management, serving as a model for other companies striving to optimize their processes and improve product quality.
