As Melnichenko clarified in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the region faces the task of processing 70% of produced agricultural raw materials, as this provides added value and growth in the gross regional product. According to Penza Media, the volume of investment in the plant will be at least 1.9 billion rubles.
That Cherkizovo is exploring the possibility of building an oil extraction plant for sunflower processing in the Penza region to further strengthen vertical integration. At the forum, an agreement was signed on the modernization of the poultry meat production complex with an investment of 1.3 billion rubles.
