Dolgov Group is expanding its poultry complex in the Kaliningrad region

The project of a poultry complex in the Krasnoznamensky district passed the examination in December 2023. The documentation was developed by Kaliningrad LLC ST-Stroyproekt. In particular, the investor plans to completely reconstruct three broiler production houses and build a new technological line for feeding livestock. In total, 35 structures are planned to be built on five land plots by December 2028.

The cadastral value of the land mass is 4.9 million rubles. The site in Fevralskoye is owned by Dolgov Group. The broiler production located there, operating since 2018, is designed to simultaneously house 1.4 million birds in 21 automated buildings. The amount of investment in 2018–2023 is estimated at 1.7 billion rubles. At the time of launch, the capacity of the poultry complex did not exceed 20 thousand tons of chilled chicken meat per year, but now the demand for it in the regional market has increased significantly.
