Four cafes in Tyumen Oblast caught using unsafe meat to prepare meals

Entrepreneurs were issued a warning about violating mandatory requirements for the execution of veterinary accompanying documents in the electronic system. A message about these violations was sent to the Office of Rospotrebnadzor for the Tyumen Region. In 2024 , ROSSELKHOZNADZOR registered 3,123 cases of violating requirements for such documentation and issued 609 warnings.

Local restaurateurs expressed dissatisfaction, claiming that Rosselkhoznadzor inspections were damaging their reputation.
