The agro-industrial complex intends to renew its staff by 15% with young specialists by 2030.

According to Irkhina, the company has over 32,000 employees, of which 3,500 positions remain open. Over the next five years, 14% of the workforce is expected to leave, creating a shortage of new talent. To address this issue, the agricultural holding initiated the "New Generation Agrocomplex" project, aimed at career guidance and employment for young people.

Marina Irkhina emphasized that key objectives remain collaboration with educational institutions and creating conditions for the successful employment and retention of young professionals.
