Eyewitnesses contacted the police and reported that the Renault driver, moving in the courtyard of house No. 105 on Odintsova Street, damaged a Fiat car and fled the scene. An employee of the traffic police department of the Frunzensky District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk, having arrived at the scene, found the violator. He drove off a few meters and fell asleep without turning off the engine. The Renault driver refused to pass the examination.

The incident is under investigation. For refusal to undergo an examination, administrative liability is provided for under part 2 of article 18.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the sanctions of which include a fine of 200 basic units (1 BV is Br32) and deprivation of a driver's license for five years.

The state traffic inspectorate reminds that driving under the influence of alcohol can lead to serious consequences.
