In Borisov, a minor had a drunken party with adult friends. Inspection underway

April 22, Minsk . In BorisovLaw enforcement officers identified an apartment in which a minor girl was drinking alcohol in the company of adult friends. BELTA was informed about this by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

As part of a special complex event “Teenager,” employees of the juvenile affairs inspectorate of the Borisov district police department installed an apartment in which a group of young people, including a 16-year-old student from one of the colleges, was resting. As law enforcement officers found out, it was she who invited her friends to have a party while her mother was at work.

The police took the minor for a medical examination, which proved the teenager was intoxicated. According to the girl, the party lasted for the second day, and during this time the company managed to drink several liters of beer and two bottles of vodka.

Alcohol in one of the city stores was purchased by an adult friend of a party girl, who, by the way, had previously been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility under Article 19.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (involving a minor in participation in a meeting, rally, street procession, demonstration, picketing, other mass event, carried out in violation of the established procedure).

The Inspectorate for Juvenile Affairs of the Barysovsky District Department of Internal Affairs is conducting an investigation into the violations identified.
