Moonshine in oak barrels was discovered by law enforcement officers on a farm in the Grodno region

November 1, Grodno. A center for the production of elite moonshine has been liquidated in the Grodno region. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee.

On October 31, during raids on the territory of the Grodno region, in one of the farms in the village of Sambory, employees of the UOPP, with the force support of the riot police of the Internal Affairs Directorate, identified a mini-factory for the production of moonshine. Almost 7 thousand liters of moonshine mash, more than 280 liters of the finished product and a moonshine still were discovered on the farm. The owner of the mini-factory was soon found. He turned out to be a 30-year-old resident of the Svisloch region. The man insisted all the moonshine in oak barrels.

ReadyAlcohol and home brew were destroyed, the moonshine still was seized. The fact is being verified. The owner of the "brovar" faces a fine of up to 5 basic units (1 BV - Br37).
