Cadets introduced Smolevichi schoolchildren to military specialties

Photo "Vayar" January 30, Minsk . An off-site open day was held in Smolevichi, organized by representatives of the Belarusian Military Academy, the Military-Technical Faculty of the Belarusian National Technical University, and the Belarusian Union of Officers, the Ministry of Defense told BelTA.

The event was attended by Major General Gennady Lepeshko, Head of the Military Academy, and Major General (Ret.) Sergei Bobrikov, Chairman of the Republican Council of the Belarusian Union of Officers.

Guests at the open day learned about the specialties taught at the country's premier military academy, as well as about weapons and military equipment. Cadets also held master classes in kettlebell lifting and hand-to-hand combat for prospective students. A cultural and entertainment program concluded the action-packed day of introduction to military specialties.
