Tasting of new products, promotional games. What will surprise Belkoopsoyuz at Prodexpo 2023

November 8, MINSK . What Belkoopsoyuz will present at the international exhibition and fair "Prodexpo-2023", Tatyana Kosyakova, deputy HEAD of the Belkoopsoyuz department of industry, quality and standardization, told at a press conference, BELTA correspondent reports.

“Consumer cooperation organizations will traditionally take part in the international exhibition-fair “Prodexpo-2023”. We are permanent active participants in this event and consider this forum as an excellent opportunity to widely show ourselves, as well as present cooperative products. This year Belkoopsoyuz has planned to organize a single stand with an area 50 sq.m., including an exhibition of a wide range of manufactured products,” said Tatyana Kosyakova.

She added that today in the industry of the consumer cooperation system there are more than 300 production facilities throughout the country, which produce almost 3 thousand types of products of basic consumer goods. Their average annual volume exceeds Br400 million.

"Traditionally, the Belkoopsoyuz stand is a bright and large-scale exposition. it cannot be imagined without skillfully made loaves, compositions, panels, a variety of bakery products, delicious colorful sweets, aromatic and appetizing MEAT, sausage, fish products, as well as drinks, mineral waters, snacks, chips and seeds. In addition, fruit and vegetable products processed by fermentation and soaking, as well as quick-frozen products, including wild plants, will be presented. I note that both products already loved by customers and new products will be presented. This year, about 400 items were introduced , including 149 bakery products, 139 confectionery products, 58 meat products, 10 fish products, 7 fruit wines and 3 types of soft drinks. Some of these products can be tasted," added the head of the department of industry, quality and standardization of the Belkoopsoyuz.

According to her, bakery products with a variety of grain mixtures for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, Viennese waffles with various flavors, and a line of raw smoked sausages from the Italian series “Palermo”, “Prosciutto”, “Pepperoni”, “Spicy” in a new easily removable casing will be presented.

“Tastings and promotions of the presented products will be held daily at the stand. It is also planned to provide trade services to visitors of the exhibition by the Kopyl Regional Pool. The concept and thematic design of the exhibition stand are aimed at demonstrating the tendencies of Belkoopsoyuz preserving traditional Belarusian products and developing new trends for healthy nutrition, therapeutic and preventive, dietary purposes, as well as the EXPORT potential of the consumer cooperation system. Among other things, we plan to negotiate with product suppliers," summed up Tatyana Kosyakova.
