Today we are on the territory of the adjoining garden, founded in 2003. The total area is about 17 acres, traditional fruit trees grow here - apple trees, they are already quite old, so their fruiting is later. Traditional apple trees usually bear fruit every other year, however, this orchard has managed to ensure that the apple trees bear fruit every year. The maximum harvest from 17 acres, according to Manas Parmanovich, was 12 tons.
The most effective time for processing apple trees is autumn, when the apple trees are all free of fruits. At the same time, it is necessary to process the trees so that for the winter, no parasites can penetrate them. Therefore, in the spring, when sap flow begins, the trees feel good, which cannot but affect the yield for the better.
Manas Parmanovich is of the opinion that in the garden, while the trees are growing, the herbage should be removed. And only then, you can leave the lawn.
In addition to the autumn processing of trees, in order for the apple trees to have an annual harvest, it is necessary to use fertilizers. This garden uses only organic fertilizers. Top dressing is carried out as follows: once a year, in autumn, fertilizers (cow dung) are thrown into pits through which a canal flows. Thus, the root feeding of apple trees goes on.
Scheme of planting in the garden 4x5 meters. At the same time, when forming a new garden, a 3x4 m scheme is used, for a more rational use of the area. In addition, you need to pay attention to pollinator trees of a different variety - their ratio is approximately one pollinator per nine trees.
For processing aisles on the farm, a home-made tractor with a cutter is used. As a rule, processing from weeds occurs once a month.
