In the Moscow region, the supply of mineral fertilizers was 197%

The region continues to purchase mineral fertilizers.
“24.1 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers were purchased for autumn field work. Today, in the Moscow region , the supply of mineral fertilizers is 197%,” said Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Region Government Georgy Filimonov, who supervises the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
In addition, farmers have already begun purchasing fertilizers for field work in 2024.
In agriculture, mineral fertilizers are used to increase the yield and quality of crops as a result of additional nutrients entering the soil when they are applied.
