In the Penza region, the turnover of retail trade in the sale of consumer goods amounted to 121 billion rubles

According to the results of the first half of 2021 in the Penza region, the retail trade turnover for the sale of consumer goods amounted to 121 billion rubles, which is 9.7% more in comparable prices than the same period in 2020.

During the reporting period, food products, drinks and tobacco products were sold to the population of the region in the amount of 59 billion rubles, non-food products - in the amount of 62 billion rubles, which in comparable prices amounted to 102.7% and 117.1% compared to the level of January-June 2020, respectively.

Торговлю Пензенской области представляют более 11 тыс. предприятий, в том числе 9792 стационарных объектов,1458 нестационарных. На территории Пензенской области в январе - июне 2021 года работало 104 ярмарки, где реализовались продовольственные товары по ценам ниже, чем в предприятиях торговли на 5% – 10 %.
