Today, the traditional meeting with municipal districts on agro-industrial complex was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
It was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
It was also attended by Deputy Ministers Dmitry Yashin, Rafael Fattakhov, Marcel Makhmutov, Head of the Department for the Development of Small Business Forms Alexander Molokin and heads of agricultural departments via videoconferencing.
In his report, Dmitry Yashin reported that, to date, top dressing has been carried out on 25% of the area. Mineral fertilizers accumulated 66 kg of a.i. per hectare, which is 11 kg higher than last year. There is a trend, but in a number of areas the accumulation is less than 50 kg.
Lenar Garipov in his report said that the milk yield per cow in the republic is 21 kg, but there are 18 farms from 12 districts with a milk yield of less than 10 kg. “At the annual meeting, the heads of the department were instructed to take these farms under special control,” Lenar Garipov emphasized.
Lenar Garipov also focused his attention on the fact that the health status of the udder of cows plays a huge role in the productivity of cows. “Mainly the reason is in ourselves – it is the cleanliness of the sunbeds, the condition of the rubber of the milking cups, the execution of the milking routine,” added the Deputy Minister.
In terms of cattle reproduction, according to operational information in March 2023, 25 districts in terms of calf offspring worked with a plus to the level of last year. Also in the current year, an agreement was reached with PJSC Tatneft to provide agricultural producers of the republic with preferential fuel in the amount of 70 thousand tons. The price will be set at a discount of 1.5 thousand rubles per ton from the current price of the refinery.
Alexander Molokin spoke about measures to support small businesses. “This year, there are 5 areas of direct support for our farmers and agricultural cooperatives with federal co-financing for 569.5 million rubles, of which 351.6 million rubles or 62% are subsidies to agricultural consumer cooperatives to reimburse part of the costs incurred, allocated within the framework of the national project "Acceleration of SMEs," he noted.
The amount of support for small forms in republican areas has been increased by 230 million rubles at once and will amount to 696 million rubles for the current year in 9 areas, including new grant support for start-up agricultural consumer cooperatives and subsidizing the purchase of young poultry in private farms.
