Producers of bread and bakery products in the Ivanovo region will receive additional support

Recall that the decision to support bread producers this year was made by the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 2021, 24.3 million rubles have already been transferred to producers of bread and bakery products in the Ivanovo region. By the end of this year, an additional 7.3 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes.
The mechanism provides for monthly compensation of expenses of enterprises of the baking industry in the amount of 2 thousand rubles per ton of produced and sold bread and bakery products, subject to price containment for manufactured products.

In total, 12 producers of bread and bakery products have already taken advantage of this support measure in the region.

Denis Cherkesov, director of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Ivanovo Region, noted that the provision of subsidies to bakers is an anti-crisis measure aimed at stabilizing prices for socially important goods in the face of rising prices for components for the production of bread and bakery products.
