Work is in full swing on farms in the Chelyabinsk region

Modernization, reconstruction and construction of dairy farms continues in the Chelyabinsk region. The baton of farms "Koelginskoye" named after I.N. 150 million rubles have already been invested in the reconstruction of a dairy farm in the village of Nizhny Atlyan.
“High-yielding cows deserve worthy maintenance,” decided the agricultural production cooperative “Chernovskaya” and began the reconstruction of dairy production. In the village of Nizhny Atlyan, where a pig-breeding farm was previously located, it is planned to place 750 cattle in the future in the renovated premises for 250 places each. This is 15 tons of milk per day. The first barn and milking parlor have already been launched.
According to the chairman of the agricultural cooperative Vladimir Alexandrov, over the past five years, more than 500 million rubles have been invested in the development of animal husbandry on the farm. So, in 2021, a commercial dairy farm was reconstructed in the village of Zauralovo, Chebarkulsky district. New cowsheds in Zauralovo and Nizhny Atlyan are being equipped with modern equipment, livestock is being transferred to loose housing. Alexey Kobylin, Minister of Agriculture of the Chelyabinsk Region, got acquainted with the progress of the reconstruction:
- SHPK "Chernovskoy" ranks third among the dairy farms of the region in terms of milk production. The farm accounts for almost 12% of the milk produced at the enterprises of the region. At the same time, the cooperative has its own specifics: the branches of the economy are located in the Chebarkulsky, Uysky districts, on the territory of the Miass urban district and even on the territory of Bashkiria. In the Chelyabinsk region, for the third year, an important program for the construction and modernization of dairy farms has been implemented, in which the SHPK Chernovskoy takes an active part. This is not only the creation of new jobs, the improvement of working conditions, but also the future growth in production volumes. Today we export 60 tons of milk from the region daily (this milkour farms supply to other regions), and we import 100-110 tons. Over the next three years, we plan to increase production by 25-30 thousand tons of milk through the reconstruction and construction of farms and expansion of production and cover the deficit.
Today, the agricultural cooperative "Chernovskaya" cultivates 33 thousand hectares of arable land, 7676 heads of cattle are kept on the farms of the economy.
Not only quantity, but also quality! It is necessary to increase productivity, necessarily maintaining the productive longevity of animals, according to Chernovsky. Therefore, serious attention is paid to the genetics of the herd and the conditions of detention. "All inclusive" for cows is clean mountain air and water, free access to feed, comfortable milking in the milking parlor and qualified service.
— Black-and-white local breed is 80-90% Holsteinized by us, — says Vladimir Aleksandrov. - We try to maintain this level, because we need the animal to be able to actively move and produce the optimal amount of milk. Today we are working with sexed semen, choosing breed lines, we have the opportunity to select the best suppliers at the tender. Genetics is a very important point, but today the general trend is to increase the productivity and health of animals. It is provided with proper nutrition and comfortable maintenance. From childhood, every cow needs to lay the right health. If the technology is broken at some stage, it is useless to fix it further.
The reconstruction of the farm is actually carried out by the economic method. In the new, already operating barn, the walls were overhauled, a polycarbonate ridge was made on the roof. The technological passage is filled with concrete. It turned out a three-row loose content.
- Light is needed for animals, air - everything is here. Feeding is carried out with mixed fodder. We have very serious nutrition consultants. Drinking is freely available. Animals move on their own. Now they are out on the playground. And the wall boxes are made specifically for keeping a large livestock of the Holstein breed - 1 meter 20 cm wide and 2 meters 20 cm long. Each place is covered with river sand and sawdust. Animals, having come here, added five liters of milk per head, due to mono-feed and free keeping, - the chairman of the cooperative notes.
To change the comfortable bedding, they even bought a domestic installation - a straw blower made in Smolensk. By the way, almost all the equipment in the economy is domestic. By the end of the year, they plan to commission two more reconstructed barns for 250 places each. In the future, it is planned to computerize the enterprise, chip each animal. The work of the veterinary service of the farm will be strengthened. Yes, and now we need trained milkmaids who can cope with both milking machines and computer control. Highly educated employees are in demand.
We use our Selex program,” says Pavel Nokhrin, chief livestock specialist at the Chernovskoy SHPK, “it allows you to use it simultaneously in different territories and combine data in cloud storage. In addition, we are now engaged in attracting young professionals who are graduating from educational institutions. We provide them with conditions, decent wages, transport to travel to remote branches. Not a hostel, but comfortable apartments with everything you need. At the moment, seven people are coming, five of them have already decided that they will remain working in our farm, these are livestock specialists and veterinarians. The most important thing is the desire to work, to study further, to improve. The salary for interns starts from 40 thousand rubles. We fully provide interns and future employees with overalls, shoes, tools. When people graduate from high school, they have certain high requirements. Practicing animal husbandry is hard work. If you did not go according to your calling, then reality can simply turn away from the profession. In our team, we literally “burn” with what we do, and this attracts young people.
Together with the minister, the farm was visited by Dmitry Pyrsikov, Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Committee on Agrarian Policy, and Grigory Tonkikh, Head of the Miass City District. The head of the city highly appreciated the work of the economy and promised support in solving important issues of providing infrastructure:
— Agricultural production cooperative "Chernovskoy" is a dynamically developing enterprise. Today, the cooperative employs more than 500 people on a permanent basis. With the opening of new branches, the city will receive additional jobs and taxes. For our part, we help to resolve issues related to the organization of infrastructure. This year, a gas distribution station will be reconstructed in the immediate vicinity of the new complex, additional gas volumes will appear, and we will provide a connection point for the boiler house of this complex. On the roads, they worked out the issue and made appropriate applications for the organization of access roads to the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure of the region.
Along with the reconstruction of the dairy complex, "Chernovskoy" is also working in crop production. To grow fodder, several hundred hectares of abandoned land in the mining and factory zone will be returned to circulation this spring. To do this, you have to clear the fields: remove young shoots and stones, level the soil. Such work will be accompanied by support from the regional budget. This year, 213.8 million rubles of regional subsidies are planned for the opening of new farms, and about 50 million rubles more - for the return of land to agricultural circulation.
