More than 50 billion rubles will be invested in dairy farming in the Moscow region by 2030

By 2030, 14 dairy farms are planned to be commissioned in the Moscow Region. The total investment in the construction of facilities will amount to more than 50 billion rubles. The implementation of the projects is aimed at fulfilling the goals and objectives of the Food Security Doctrine.
“The introduction of new infrastructure will create additional conditions for the development of dairy farming in the region. Thus, we plan to increase the number of dairy cows by 39.8 thousand heads and ensure an increase in the production of raw MILK by 430 thousand tons per year. More than 1.5 thousand jobs will be created in the agricultural sector. By 2030, the total livestock will exceed 200 thousand heads, of which more than 100 thousand will be dairy cows, and milk production will approach 1.1 million tons per year,” saidMinister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region Sergei Dvoynykh.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Moscow Region specifies that by the end of 2025, it is planned to commission 2 dairy farms: the Povadino Breeding Farm in Domodedovo with investments of 900 million rubles and the Elgozino MTF in Klin with 2.5 billion rubles. In total, the projects will create 55 jobs, and the volume of milk production will be 23 thousand tons per year. In 2026, the livestock complex SP Niva in Serebryanye Prudy will open. The investment volume is 3 billion rubles. The enterprise is designed for 3 thousand dairy cows and 60 jobs. It will produce 32 thousand tons of milk per year.
In the period from 2027 to 2030, one of the key projects will be the construction of four stages of the MK Dubna MTF in Sergiev Posad. In total, about 26 billion rubles will be invested in the project. The farm will provide more than 1 thousand jobs, 16.9 thousand dairy cows and 216 thousand tons of raw milk. In addition, dairy farms will be put into operation in Stupino, Shchyolkovo, Volokolamsk, Chekhov, Lukhovitsy, Zaraysk and Klin.
