Федеральная антимонопольная служба (ФАС) сообщила, что ведет антикартельную проверку агропромышленной компании «Мираторг»: изучаются цепочки поставок мяса, оценивается система ценообразования. Об этом ФАС сообщила в Telegram.

«Ведомство изучит цепочку поставки мяса и произведет оценку ценообразования на эту продукцию. Окончательные выводы о наличии либо отсутствии <...> нарушения антимонопольного законодательства будут сделаны ведомством по итогам проверочных мероприятий, а также анализа всей полученной информации», — говорится в сообщении.

Служба считает, что эти организации подогревают ажиотажных спрос, который приводит к отсутствию товаров в магазинах. Служба уже завела дело на ретейлеров «Пятерочка» и «Магнит», обнаружив у них на складах «значительные запасы» сахара-песка. По мнению ФАС, компании «синхронно не поставляли в магазины товар, поддерживая ажиотажный спрос».

В конце февраля ФАС проверяла обоснованность повышения цен одним из крупнейших российских продавцов бытовой техники и электроники DNS. Ведомство тогда сообщало, что «должностному лицу выдано указание о недопустимости действий, которые могут нарушать закон «О защите конкуренции». Ранее генеральный директор DNS Дмитрий Алексеев заявлял, что на фоне падения курса рубля компания была вынуждена повысить цены в сети почти на треть.

В антимонопольной службе ранее также предложили наказывать за спекуляции всех участников рынка, включая посредников, а не только доминирующие компании. В службе объяснили такое предложение тем, что компании повышают цены при возникновении повышенного спроса на какие-либо товары. Окончательное решение по этому предложению пока не принято.
