Earlier on July 8, Reuters, citing a source in the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, reported that Kyiv called on Ottawa not to transfer turbines for the Nord Stream gas pipeline, since, according to the Ukrainian side, this step would be contrary to sanctions against Russia.
